1. Agreement to these terms

By placing an order with us or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order. We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it through our ordering channel. We may decline or cancel an order where an item has sold out, where we cannot reach you, where delivery is outside our service area, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

Menu availability changes daily. Items cooked low and slow, including burnt ends, are limited and sell out.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our menu and ordering channel and include TODO_TAX_TREATMENT. Delivery fees, service charges and minimum order values are shown before you confirm. We accept TODO_PAYMENT_METHODS. Payment is taken at the point stated in the ordering flow. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding rather than charge the wrong amount.

4. Delivery and collection

We deliver within TODO_DELIVERY_AREA. Delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees — live-fire cooking and traffic both vary. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact number, and for being available to receive the order. Where an order cannot be delivered because we cannot reach you, we may treat it as fulfilled.

Collection orders should be picked up within TODO_COLLECTION_WINDOW of the stated time so the food is eaten at its best.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Food is prepared to order, so cancellation is only possible before preparation begins. Our cancellation window is TODO_CANCELLATION_WINDOW.

If something is wrong with your order — missing items, the wrong items, or food not up to standard — tell us within TODO_COMPLAINT_WINDOW and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. Our full refund process is described at TODO_REFUND_POLICY_DETAIL. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Allergens and food safety

All food is prepared over shared live fire in a single kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen or from cross-contact. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot accommodate. Allergen information: TODO_ALLERGEN_STATEMENT.

Our food is intended for prompt consumption. Storage and reheating after delivery are at your own risk.

7. Catering and large orders

Catering is confirmed by a separate written quote, which forms part of these terms. Deposits, lead times, final headcount deadlines and cancellation charges are set out in that quote. Standard terms: TODO_CATERING_TERMS.

8. Using this website

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated data collection, no interfering with its operation, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

9. Intellectual property

The BBQ Lord name, logo, brand mark, pattern, photography and site content belong to TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share and tag our posts.

10. Liability

We take responsibility for loss or damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where permitted, our total liability for any order is limited to TODO_LIABILITY_CAP.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO_JURISDICTION, and disputes will be handled by the courts of TODO_COURTS.
